Feeling Loved - Tri Fold Card Edition

Valentine's Day is approaching and this card sets the mood for it. It has this pretty vintage charm and I used a silver filigree on the cover against a pink doily. I also used a cut out of a journal card with a flower image and the word 'loved' takes center stage.

Strangely, this card doesn't take me a long time to do and without sketching as well. I guess because I've infiltrated my mind with a lot of ideas from many observations I've made mainly through pinterest and blogs. Of course, to be good in something, whether in this papercrafting, sports, or any other things that caught your interest, that will create value in your life, don't shy away from seeking knowledge. Most people start off with none or little knowledge about something but the passion of wanting to find out more and be good at it, drive them to seek the knowledge they want, even if they have to invest a bit of money. In the long term, they will pick up knowledge that are invaluable. With experience, things will get better and better and you'll find yourself a natural at it. You just have to stay at the game and be committed.

On that note, everybody is loved and if you feel lonely like as though nobody cares about you, that is so not true. Sometimes we get too overwhelmed with people's expectations as though nobody cares about our well being or when people are trying to get close to you and find out what is troubling you, you push them away. It's not that we want to be busybodies or something but we're genuinely concerned.

Show your appreciation towards your loved ones with a lovely handmade card such as this one and write encouraging notes inside to show them that you truly care about them. Treat everyday like Valentine's Day which extends to not just your significant other but those who love you just the way you are.
